For bouquets in Classic Collection, we offer same day delivery and pickup for orders placed by 12 noon, and next day delivery.

For Seasonal Collection, Bespoke Flowers, Opening Stand, Hamper, large orders or if you have a specific requests, please get in touch with our team.

Your bouquet will arrive in an exquisite and environmental-friendly packaging which keeps the delicate flower in shape. Travel well and sturdy, our paper bag is designed to house a bouquet up to large size with a box of patisserie.

Cherishing nature, Fleuria adopts the use of FSC and sustainable packaging materials whenever possible.

All our patisseries are made-to-order with a order lead time of 4 days.

We do not offer delivery service for patisserie items at the moment. It is free to pick up in-store at our Pacific Place fleuriste & café.

For all flower products and patisseries, it is free to pick up at our
Pacific Place fleuriste and café at Admiralty. Delivery service is not
applicable to patisserie orders.

Store pickup at our Pacific Place fleuriste & café is free.

You can choose a delivery slot of 10am - 2pm or 2pm - 6pm during checkout (Except for Ma Wan, the delivery time will be 10am - 4pm). If a specific delivery time is required, please contact us before placing your order. Additional charges may apply.

Yes, we take same day order if the order is placed by 12 noon. You can choose to have the bouquet delivered or pick it up at our Pacific Place store after 3pm.

Delivery will be delayed if a typhoon signal No.8 or above is hoisted or a black rainstorm warning is in effect. We will contact you to re-arrange an delivery schedule.
